PROCESS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All 1:1 education sessions are final sale and non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, however late changes or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session.
Sessions will run strictly to the allocated time, and late arrivals will not extend the duration.
Clients are required to submit any necessary information prior to the session to ensure it is as effective as possible, and content covered will be based on the agreed scope.
